I can't install jdk for my windows computer

Problem: I’m trying to install the latest version of Java (jdk-23_windows-x64_bin.exe) on my Windows 10 machine. When I double-click the installer, nothing happens. The Java Installation Wizard does not appear.Error Messages: There are no error messages, but the installation process does not start.What I’ve Tried: I’ve already disabled my antivirus and tried running the installer as administrator, but it still doesn’t work.
