Whenever I try to install something on my windows 10 pc on the Microsoft store it just says pending and the progress bar doesn't go anywhere forever, whenever I get in the store 3 things automatically start downloading. DirectX Runtime, Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop Runtime Package, and finally Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package and they stay at Starting Download... forever like the apps that I try to download. This has happened ever since I've owned my pc but I've just never had the need to download anything from the store so I didn't care much. But now I want to get Minecraft Windows 10 edition and I've already purchased it but this problem keeps occurring for the past couple of days.
A few weeks ago when I tried to install a free app nothing happened at all, whenever I clicked install nothing happened, since then I've restarted my pc, reinstalled Microsoft store, reset Microsoft store, terminated Microsoft store logged out then back in and nothing works.
If there's another way to get Minecraft Windows 10 or if someone can help me fix this problem it'd be greatly appreciated because I've been trying for hours to no avail.
