i cant hear in game voice chat in any game

so i have a speaker that connects via usb and 3.5mm on the back of my motherboard, and then i have a dedicated usb microphone, and then a headset with an inline mic and one without, i have configured my defualt sound settings in windows and checked steam as well as the in game sound settings, yet my friends can hear me but i cant hear them, any idea what to do?ryzen 7 5700x3d, rx7600xt 64 gb 3600 ram samsung evo 990 plus evo msi b450m pro vdh max650 watt psu4 tb wd blue hddcorsair icue link titan 360 if any of that helps
