I can't get into my laptop because of bitlocker

I was on my laptop and closed it for a moment, when I opened it back up I got the blue screen asking me for my recovery key. I put it in and it brought me to a new page that said my laptop had to restart. After it restarted I was brought right back to the first screen that was asking me for my recovery key. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't get into my laptop so I can't even turn it off in my settingsI have manually restarted it multiple times and even tried the advanced settings but nothing has worked so far
