I can’t get in my pc

So I sort of have an interesting situation. About a year back I lost my Microsoft account, it was stolen and have never been able to get it back, even after countless attempts with Microsoft support. Anyways, that aside that is not the issue I’m having. That account is the primary and only account on my desktop and has never been changed. Today I was trying to change some account stuff and when trying to do so I was asked to restart my computer.
