I can't figure out why my Windows Explorer Keeps crashing

Every time I try to copy some files from a secondary hard drive to my user account, Windows Explorer doesn't even pop up, and sometimes my taskbar will disappear and reappear. When I open the Problem Details in the control panel, there are a bunch of errors for the Windows Explorer. Here is one before I did anything to try and repair it:

This is a fresh install of Windows 10. The only thing I really edited was changing user permissions to full control for my main administrator profile. I am also having issues with not being able to create a system image as a backup, Im not sure what that is about
