I cant download Windows 11 ISO from my Linux computer.

I am trying to create a Windows Virtual Machine to run executable files on my Linux machine. To do that I need to download the Windows 11 ISO. However, as brought up my many individuals, the download button on the page Download Windows 11 does not work.What I have tried:I have to download using Edge, Firefox, and ChromeI have jumped onto different networks, including mobile hotspot.Some say I should use the Windows 11 Installation Media, but its an executable, which I cannot run on a non-windows machine.
