Hi, I got a new PC and I am trying to add 2 new users for my kids with family safety. for one of my kids, I got to the point where he is part of the family group. However, when I try to log in to his account on the PC i get the reponse " "Something's not working It's not you, it's us.". for the second child, I can't get him into the family group because I can't accept the request as his parent, because I keep getting " "Something's not working It's not you, it's us."I tried on the family safety app, on 3 different PCs, with Chrome and with Edge, and on my mobile phone.
