I can't connect to the Internet and my driver isn't responding, how can I fix this?

Hi, my laptop restarted and I suddenly can't access the WiFi option anymore.I went to update the driver but it said I had the most updated one, I deleted and reinstalled it and reset the computer. I can't update windows or download a new driver as the laptop is offline.I also looked into the regebit thing but my driver didn't have the upper and lower things that needed deleting.What else can I do as I need the laptop back online asap.Thanks :)
