I can't connect to a wifi?

[Windows 11]

I just build my new pc, i updated the bios and installed windows with a usb.I did not fill in a code yet but when the next step was too choose a network there were none. After setting up my account i still can't connect to any wifi. I can't logg into microsoft because i can't connect to wifi. Can anyone help me? I already tryed OOBE\BYPASSNRO in the command prompt but nothing works.
