I can't compress a file because the file has invalid character and it says "Рабочий стол" i dont know how can i change it even if i tried in many way

i cant post the image but it says: impossible to compress C:\Users\.....\OneDrive\Рабочий стол\... has got character that are not alloed to use in compressed files .as example "Рабочийстл" its recomended to rename the file or the director.I'm not a native speakers so I tried to translate it as the best as possible anyways thats what i see and i dont understand the reason.and I would like to change Рабочий стол to desktop because its easier to use so thats why i ask for assistence
