I can't charge my computer.

I got a Windows 10, it was working fine. The charger wasn't in bad condition, and it wasn't rusty. After a while, it just stopped working. It would say plugged in, but it never increased. The battery goes down, but when its plugged in, nothing happens. The time I'm typing this, its on 2% and I don't know if it dies, I won't be able to use it. I don't really have any more information.(I might reply around 12 or 1 right now)
