I can’t cancel a realms subscription, and it says I never even had one yet it’s taking the money from my account

No matter how hard I try I cannot cancel a realms and I’ve been getting 9 dollars taken from my account for months no matter how hard I try it says I don’t have one, this is on Minecraft bedrock on my Xbox
