I can't bypass the windows 11 let's connect you to a network screen and when i open the command prompt my keyboard isn't working

Whenever I try to bypass the windows 11 let's connect you to the internet thing,the command prompt doesn't work with my laptops keyboard and a cursor is not also showing during the setup Please Help Me ASAP
