My laptop recently updated my windows 11. However, something must have went wrong as when it tried to boot up I get the blue screen and then it reboots showing my bios yet the hard drive isn't listed. If I then power down and power back up into my bios the harddrive shows up. I can't even get into safe mode. I tried using a thumb drive (128 GB) to try and repair windows with the media creator but it says I need the original disk. How do I fix this? I tried downloading the windows ISO file but I am blocked from downloading it. I have files I need on my hard drive. If I can't save them I'm going
