i cant believe i lost all my data because one stupid thing from onedrive

so i have been using one drive for awhile now and i keep getting storage full all the time. so i causally would anyone do is delete the files on OneDrive cause they are considered as backup cause i cant use office 365 cause i don't have space. so anyways i deleted all my files on one drive to get space as to why not i still have them on my phone and computer. little did i know that i somehow deleted ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS/VIDEOS Ext from my phone and computer. and of course i emptied the recycle bin so that's that. is there anyway to recover my data back or is lost forever?P.S i have OneD
