I can't add or close tabs in File Explorer when it's on a full window

In Windows 11, (version 22H2), when the file explorer is spread over the entire screen (full window), it is not possible to add or close tabs. (According to what I understood from one forum site, it happened to several people or it is a global problem, I didn't exactly understand) Why is this happening? Thank you!
