I can't activate windows 11

New Macbook pro running parallels both latest operating systems etc with all updates and so on.Keep getting this error:Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004F213I purchased the digital key on the Microsoft store and was able to initially activate it. However, the installation crashed and had to be completely reinstalled. I am running on a MacBook Pro through Parallels with all the latest updates etc. After reinstalling and getting everything running perfect the only thing I am unable to do is activated Widows 11 again which I just paid $200 for.My
