I can't activate my Windows

Hello Windows, I have a problem with activating my windows 10 pro, it keeps showing me that I have to purchase a genuine copy of windows, notice I brought my laptop to maintenance shop and they installed new version windows 10 pro but it seems it's not genuine and I can't get the genuine one , but before they install the windows 10 pro my laptop used to be activated and it was genuine version of windows 10, is there a way to get genuine 10 pro or to restore the old version and activation?
