I cant access youtube/google on any browsers.

Hey. This is the second time this has happened to my pc. It Just happened randomly again. When I try and search google and youtube using operagx, chrome or edge, I cant get into those websites, and I cant get into those specifically. I get this error message "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". Ive tried so many things, but nothing works. The first time it happened, I reset my pc, and it randomly worked again, but I had to download everything back again, which was annoying. And this time, ive reset the pc again, but now it doesnt work? Ive tried DNS, using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, doesnt work either. Im ge
