i cant access to my settings ,search bar ,windows icon

hello there it's been almost 4 months since i have this problem on my pc i cant access my settings it opens the window for barely 2 seconds and it automaticly closes , i cant windows 10 icon, i cant access the windows search bar, i cant get access to right click so i can refresh the system i thought it was a file problem so i did a format on my device but nothing has changed if there anyway i can show you more info via screenshots or video via email. contact with me here
