I can't access my account. Please help me.

Hello. I lost access to my account about a year ago. When I try to log in to my account, it gives the attached warning. It asks me to verify with a phone number, but I no longer have access to the phone number registered to my account. I tried online verification dozens of times. I even wrote down the last four digits of my debit card with which I purchased Xbox GamePass. But it didn't work. Please help.
