I cannot update or download anything relating to microsoft

It is as the title says. I can't download anything from Microsoft on the store, I can't download the Japanese Handwriting and Basic Typing (which seems to be a really common issue), I can't even update the computer. Everything is stuck in updates that aren't progressing.Downloading things from the internet works absolutely fine and is quick. The problem is NOT my internet.I can't even provide any screenshots here because that doesn't work either. Literally anything to do with Microsoft on this computer is cursed and does not work.I can't troubleshoot, that's also stuck, by the way.
