I cannot sign in, verification method doesn't work

I cannot sign in, it ask me to enter my phone number for verification, and when I enter it, it tells me that it doesn't work this method this time so try another verification method and it doesn't show any another verification methods, I tried to recover my account by fill the recover form and I got email that the information that i submit has been verified and they provide me a reset link, I use it and I have same problem it ask me to enter phone number then ask me to change to another verification method that doesn't shows !... so how to get out of this closed loop?!
