I cannot see other users in windows 10 home

I am selling my computer and have deleted all files however I need to remove my user account.The computer is going to a friend and I have set them up as an administrator.When I login I cannot see them I want to remove my account using their administrator account - from my research this is the only way to delete my account.I keep being informed to go to my family and delete that's not right.Very frustrated at the wasted hours.Assistance much appreciated.Thanks, Susan.
