I cannot remote my computer anymore after upgrading to Windows 11

I used to remote control my office computer with my Macbook, but after I updated my office computer to Windows 11, the remote control does not work anymore. I can access it with Remote Desktop App, but it will be stuck at the page that when you need to enter your password. You cannot have any further action. Before I updated to Windows 11, it never happened to me. It brings a huge trouble for me. I saw someone complained it on August 2023 or 2024 (cannot remember clearly). However, now, we are on March 2025. this issue hasn't been solved. Terrible!!!
