I cannot reach support

After over an hour of waiting, someone finally connected to the chat… then closed the case immediately, no contact at all, no response to my request for help.My mom bought a MacBook with the Microsoft 365 (non subscription version). When we tried to set it up it said she had to log into Microsoft then after I put in the new code it only showed an old subscription and when we tried to get help using her account, she got locked out, and when we tried to recover it she got a message that she didn’t provide enough information.
