I cannot re-install Windows 11 on a Lenovo ThinkstatiionP520C.

I added another M.2 drive to the system so I would have more space on my OS drive (C). I created my recovery media, and as the re-install process is underway, I get an error saying simply Windows 11 installation has failed. Can anyone help me?
