I cannot print e mails or documents from my PC

[Windows 10]

Hello suddenly my Dell pc running windows 10 has suddenly stopped printing emails and anything from my documents folder the print program working icon just keeps going round. According to the trouble shooter the printer is installed correctly. It seems the Emails and documents will not load to the print program. Any ideas please
