I cannot open command prompt in my personal laptop with Windows 11 OS

I updated my windows from windows 10 to windows 11 last month. I just found out that I cannot open my command prompt. I tried open from the main location C:\Windows\System32\CMD.EXE, from the windows terminal app, VS code, but I am getting an error saying `The terminal process "C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe" terminated with exit code: 1.`I am currently trying the following solutionhttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/administratorcwindowssystem32cmdexe-does-not-open/41b4bd86-0f82-446d-b0eb-7e81960560aeCan anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?My system details:Processor Intel
