I cannot log into my new Windows 10 Laptop with a second Adult Family Account.

After putting password in and hitting enter, I get a message 'signing out'. I did the email accept process and even tried recreating the account. No success. I have also logged out as the other adult account. Machine is up to date and have tried reboots. Brand new machine.
