I cannot load anymore To Do

Good afternoon,in my HP Elitebook laptop with Windows 11 I cannot load any more Microsoft To Do. I try to unistall and re install but the app is stuck, when I click on it it doesen't open any window.This is happening only on this laptop, on my desktop computer and on my smartphone the app is working correctly.How can I solve the issue?Many thanks
