I cannot get into my Windows 11 because PIN could not be changed with EMAIL code to me.

Hello Sir/Madam,I restored a clean Windows 11 image using Macrium Reflect Ver 8.0 -- When the restored system rebooted, everything seemed fine until the Windows 11 LOGIN phase:- I got a screen that has my avatar as expected, then the message below it says: "Somethinghappened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again"- I clicked the "set up my PIN" and then the system presented me with a screen to send a codeto my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** -- this is my associated Windows 11 Login email.I clicked the [SEND CODE].- I was lucky I had a 2nd laptop and used it to LOGIN
