I cannot get any emails on my computer after clean Win 11 install.

After a clean install of Windows 11 (cloud download) I cannot create e-mail accounts on Thunderbird or access webmail directly (through more than one web browser). The Password for my email service is shown as incorrect even though it works on another computer (Win 11 also). Something looks to be blocking it from working.
