I cannot do anything on my pc. I can move my mouse around and type in the run box but nothing will open.

If I try to open settings or task manager, nothing happens. Not a single app works, and I can’t close the ones that open on startup. I can’t do anything in my cmd either. The only change I have made recently that may have done something is I copy and pasted commands from an answer on this site into my cmd.
