I cannot delete my microsoft accounts both the personal and the work/school account or the azure.

Trying to delete the personal account it says I have to disconnect from my work/school account. I have user/password for it but you ask for codes from the authentication app which I cannot install. I've been working 2 days with this and tried everything, all of your guides but nothing works. Can you delete my accounts or at least give me an intelligent answer.
