I cannot change my product key because it contains a letter where it says that some of these can't be contained in a product key

Got a prebuilt PC for my birthday and just wanted to go ahead and activate windows but it won't let me cuz it gives me that error message when I type in the "S" that is in it.It also says something about "windows software Code" no idea why it's different but might help finding out the issue.Also no idea if flagging this as "settings" was correct so if it isn't then I apologize
