I cannot boot my c drive after flashing my bios

Hi, I currently have Windows 10 pro on my PC. I installed a new bios today so I could get secure boot in preparation for Windows 11 pro. When I start my PC the system does not recognise the c drive anymore. I cannot get into my PC. I didn't anticipate this happening so I didn't create a recovery disc. Any ideas? Kind Regards Mr Song
