I cannot alter the triggers for defrag and windows update as administrator.In defrag, it is set to run to defrag for system reserved files on C:\. It runs as soon as the PC is idle, then starts again and again, as the triggers tell it to, and I am unable to change the triggers even with administrators privileges.In windows update, it starts grinding away at my HDD every time the internet reconnects, so every time it drops out and reconnects, it starts again, and again I am unable to change the triggers even with administrators privileges.Before I had to reinstall win 10 64 pro, I was able to d
