It appears that my account was closed 6 days ago. I'm not sure if this was done by microsoft, and why was it might have been done. Many of my one drive files appear as being only on the cloud, so I can't access them. Who can I contact at Microsoft to re-open a personal account, I can't talk to the 365 team, as they can't do anything about personal account? I've tried to use the available online recovery tools, but they don't work.
