I cannot access my internal drives without C drive that has been encrypted by bitlocker. which gets activated automatically after new window installat

I'm using HP EliteBook 840 G3. I was previously using Windows 11pro , And now I had to do window 11 pro installation again a few days ago and after window installation drive bitlocker activated automatically. I was NEVER given a drive bitlocker key nor the option to create one. I don't HAVE a bitlocker key and now cannot access any of my files on these internal drives. I tried manage-bde -protectors -get d: command but it didn't work.
