I cannot access most of my apps from the dock.

Hello. I have been having difficulties opening apps from the dock since mid-February. Most apps won't launch and all I get is an Explorer.exe pop-up saying, "Class not registered". I also cannot turn Bluetooth on or off from the dock, as well as check my notifications. I cannot access Microsoft Store either. In all, the dock is completely unresponsive. I cannot open the Settings app either, and I have tried many things to fix these problems. The only apps I can access are my digital painting apps, Bing, and File Explorer.
