I Cannot access connected device via USB as the wpdmtp.inf file is missing

I tried to connect my phone (Poco X3 as well as One Plus 10R) but they weren't showing so I searched for the problems online. I have tried many solutions but they did not work.I tried installing the driver but it says detected but cannot install. (img-1)I tried locating the wpdmtp.inf and installing it but it says file missing. (img-2)I also found a video telling to download some sort media pack but I found an article saying if you have windows 11 home or pro you don't need the media pack its already installed.
