I Can`t Open the"Show More Options" in File Explorer and always Force Close the explorer if i did that

hello, Why everytime i tried to click "Show More Options" in File Explorer it wont open and always do the force close the explorer ? I tried the tips to make it disable "Show More Options" from registry and still the same after i do Right Click, but when i tried the shortcut (Shift + Right Click) it didnt Close the Explorer like i did manually or do the registry trick.
