I can put in my pw to unlock my windows 10 laptop, once it opens I see absolutely nothing but a blank blue screen. How do I fix this if I can't even o

I can not see anything on my screen but a blank blue screen. I can choose the user and put in my password to unlock where I would then go into the home screen I guess you'd call it. But I can see my network connections list I can see the navigations screen I can even put the onscreen key board on but I can not do anything else??????? Please tell me my laptop isn't complet junk now!!!!!!!
