Urgent - please advisePurchased a new lap top. Old one from March this year is damaged. Need to put hard drive in new lap top. The laptop is on my Microsoft account but when I click more details it says that I do not have any keys?We use this for business so it is crucial to find this key. We have tried other microsoft accounts and the lap top is not even listed and not there.Pls. advise asap.Thanks!
