ı can not load a third party program

hello,ı am trying to load a software of e banking program of Banca Intesa, Asseco South Eastern Europe Office Banking system , version 1.2024.51211.0 through which I can issue money transactions through electronic banking facility, but I couldnt load the new version of it which is win for 10 and win 11. my lap top is licensed win 11 with Microsoft.ı am entering into the software wşth my password, but it gives synchronization errorr, when I am trying to send my transactionscould you pls help brgds eser
