I can not hear VoIP

I am using Steelseries Arctis Nova 4 Wireless for sound input and output. In any game or any chat app i can talk and they can hear my voice but i can not hear them. I tried every solution that i found in the internet. Removing drivers, disabling devices etc. I tried another wired and wireless headsets and laptops mic too. None of them worked. It is not a app or game issue. Laptop is Asus TUF A15 FA507RM (2022)Windows, BIOS and drivers all up to date.How can i solve the problem?
