I can no longer change "Rating" metadata in Windows Explorer on Windows 11.

I used to be able to do this through right click/properties for MP4 files in Windows 10.It is now read only.All other meta data can be changed.This adversely affects my experience as I have a large collection of rated content that I can no longer maintainI can't find any mention of this in any know issues material.
