I bought the Minecraft Deluxe Edition incl. Java and Bedrock, yet can only play the Bedrock edition. Any idea how to resolve?

The bedrock edition is available to play in the launcher but not Java. Also there was supposed to be 1600 Minecoins in the price and a bunch of other stuff (skins etc), but none of these are available either.
